Our Project Quality Workflow

1. Requirement Review

We review drawings, specifications, materials, coating requirements, operating conditions, quantities and acceptance criteria before manufacturing begins.

2. Mold and Sample Evaluation

For molded optical components, the mold and initial samples are evaluated against the agreed project requirements before repeat production.

3. Process Control

Relevant molding, coating and assembly checkpoints are coordinated around the approved specifications. Project changes are reviewed before implementation.

4. Final Verification

Finished components are checked against the agreed acceptance criteria before shipment. Required inspection records or report formats should be identified during the quotation stage.

Yes. Send the drawing, tolerances and acceptance criteria with the RFQ so the proposed inspection scope can be reviewed before quotation.

Can coating and assembly requirements be included?

Yes. Where coating or assembly is part of the project, include the relevant performance, cosmetic and handling requirements for review.

What information helps prevent delays?
