Manufacturability Review
Drawings and models are reviewed for optical surfaces, wall transitions, draft, gating, ejection, alignment features and other requirements that can affect molding and assembly.
Tooling and Insert Planning
The mold structure, optical inserts, materials, surface-finishing route and sampling plan are coordinated around the approved component requirements.
Sampling and Refinement
Initial molded samples are compared with the agreed dimensional, optical and cosmetic criteria. Any required tooling or process adjustments are reviewed before repeat production.
Components We Support
